After more than a year of talks and negotiations, it became possible to hold this meeting, thanks to the efforts of poet and writer Miguel Mouriño and the invaluable support of the Casa Museo León Trotsky and its director, Dr. José Antonio González de León.

The meeting consisted of a series of presentations given by more than 60 participants, there were performances, book fair and poetry gatherings and broke all expectations, drawing over 50 independent publishers, as Nortestación, Free Agency, Atemporia Editorial, The Garlic, Workshop of the stable, Collective irreverant, Estudios Superiores Cuautitlan Fac, The Pintadera Production Workshop, Our Cry rubbish, the Aguaje, La Rueda Cartonera Editorial, Santa María Juana Ediciones, Biblioconstrucciones, Dante, Hummingbird Press, The Customs Ediciones El Billar Lucretia, The Hermit, Figuratively, ENDOR Ediciones, Floricanto Editorial Fusión14.com Gazette Caryatid, Literal Gazette, The Cabra Editions, The Third Moon, ax handles, Mochica Comic's, Journal of Poetry UNAM, Resistance E ditorial, Verso Exile, Editorial View Publications, The Cartonera Magazine Clarimonde Homoscriptum, Punto G, This journal Blasphemy is called, The Holy Days of Poetry, Reflex Magazine, ADEAL AC, AlterArte Cracks, Pasquin Literary Edges Martínez, Howl Books, Diogenes International Waffle North of Vandalia Mester, Voices of the Far and getting an influx of nearly 560 visitors during the three days that took place.
